Federico Gomez and Marcos Campos knew that in order to create the dishes they wanted to share with
the world, they would have to establish their own restaurant. So, they opened the first Los Cuatro Amigos Restaurant in January of 2001, in the Owensboro, Kentucky, with a vision of creating a Real Mexican dining experience. This was the birth of the Los Cuatro Amigos Restaurant. Federico and Marcos created quite an eclectic menu. The dual infuses every dish they create with their extensive knowledge and passion for perfection.
Federico and Marcos established the Michigan Restaurant in January of 2003 claiming Bay City as it's headquarters. Once word of their tasty signature dishes got out, there was demand for growth in the Michigan area. First Bay City, than to Saginaw, Flint, Rochester Hills and now in Tawas, MI.
Before they created their first dish, they vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since. Diners agree, Los Cuatro Amigos is Michigan's best Mexican food.
